WEBSITE INFORMATION
Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Sunergy website. A solar project will have its own written proposal and agreed terms.

Enquiries and appointments
Submitting the site visit form opens a prepared WhatsApp message. Your request reaches us only when you send it. A visit is confirmed only after our team responds and agrees a time. A website enquiry or calculator result is not a contract, quotation or commitment to install.
Solar and EMI estimates
Calculators provide illustrative estimates using the values and assumptions shown on the site. They may exclude taxes, fixed electricity charges, maintenance, degradation, finance fees, changes in tariff and site-specific conditions. Actual system size, generation, savings, price and payback depend on assessment and a written proposal. The EMI calculator is not a loan offer or financial advice; a lender decides eligibility, rate and final terms.
Subsidies and approvals
Government schemes, subsidy amounts, grid permissions and loan availability depend on current rules, eligibility, location and third-party decisions. Sunergy can assist with the process but cannot guarantee approval, amount or timing.
Using this site
Please provide accurate enquiry details and do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Sunergy’s name, logo, images and website content belong to their respective owners. Third-party names and links remain the property and responsibility of their owners.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep site information useful and current, but pages may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. Please confirm material details with our team before making a decision. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
